Directions to Craughwell pitch for Hurling Go-Games

Kinvara U10's, U8's and U6's hurlers travel to Craughwell next Tuesday 19th June for a right old challenge against the young stars of Craughwell.
Throw-in time is 6:30pm, and we ask all kids to be there at 6.15pm sharp. (it takes a while to set-up and organise our teams, so we do ask to try be there on time, as if not start on time, we wont finish on time!)
Please make sure that all kids wear their Kinvara reversible training top (if have one).

This will be a good test for our lads, so all we do is ask them to do their best and get stuck in!!! Want to see plenty of blocking, hooking and tackling!

The matches are being played in the pitches beside their national school (not the one on the far side of town).

If you need them, the following are instructions on how to get to the pitch in Craughwell

Head out towards Kilcolgan from Kinvara.
At Kilcolgan, you are turning right, and then an immediate left.
This will put you on road to Craughwell (via Kileeneenmore).
Travel in the Craughwell direction along this road. The GAA Pitch is
off this road (note - you will not be going as far as the old Oranmore to Loughrea main road, but rather just short of it).
See map below. When you get close to Craughwell, the pitch entrance is on your
right hand side (small road between two houses). It is signposted, but
not very well.
You will know that you have passed it, if you see the National School Entrance.
